Description of Impact
BU Applicants who created accounts after 10pm EST on 12/28 were unable to log in to MyBU Applicant portal. Impacted clients received the error message: “The username you entered could not be identified”.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident, which resulted from a synchronization issue.

Description of Impact
Some applicants are currently unable to access to MyBU Applicant portal. Impacted clients are unable to login with the error message: “The username you entered could not be identified”.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
Additional Information
There is no current workaround for this issue. Impacted clients do NOT need to change their associated username or password to resolve this specific error message.
