Description of Impact
Some applicants are currently unable to access to MyBU Applicant portal. Impacted clients are unable to login with the error message: “The username you entered could not be identified”
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
Additional Information
There is no current workaround for this issue. Impacted clients do NOT need to change their associated username or password to resolve this specific error message. If you’re currently experiencing this issue, please email ithelp@bu.edu and we will provide you with an update once the issue is resolved.
