Description of Impact

Students attempting to book testing appointments for 808 Commonwealth Ave (asymptomatic) were intermittently encountering the following error message: “The server encountered an internal error. Please close your browser and try again.”

Incident Description and Resolution

Students are now able to book appointments.

Additional Information

This error was a result of increased demand for appointments and the associated queries required to display available times.

Due to a significant number of appointment bookings being attempted today, server response time is degraded and has resulted in these intermittent errors.
