Students attempting to schedule asymptomatic testing at 808 Commonwealth Ave were encountering an internal server error.

Description of Impact
Students who are attempting to schedule asymptomatic COVID testing are encountering an error where upon reaching the time selection page, they receive an internal server error message.
Current Status
IS&T continues to evaluate this issue, as it appears to be the result of high utilization.
Additional Information
There are no workarounds for this issue — students encountering the error are encouraged to check for appointments later in the afternoon.
