Description of Impact
Qualtrics Research Suite was experiencing a service disruption for all emails sent from their Platform. Clients reported issues with both emailed surveys failing to deliver, and non-receipt of trigger-related email alerts.
Incident Description and Resolution
Qualtrics has resolved the issue.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a global mail reputation issue for Qualtrics that has since been addressed.

Description of Impact
Qualtrics Research Suite is currently experiencing a service disruption for all emails sent from their platform. Clients have reported issues with both emailed surveys failing to deliver, and non-receipt of trigger-related email alerts.
Current Status
The vendor is currently investigating this issue. Real-time status is available via Qualtrics Application Status Dashboard.
Additional Information
There are no workarounds for issues pertaining to email triggers/actions. Clients may still distribute survey invitations by utilizing their BU email, and Qualtrics’ ‘Personal Links’ functionality.
