Description of Impact

Affiliate accounts were unable to complete password resets and encountered the error message: “An error has occurred. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your help desk or system administrator. (Error 3000)”

Affiliate accounts are currently unable to perform password resets; affiliate accounts attempting a password reset encounter the following error message: “An error has occurred. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your help desk or system administrator. (Error 3000)”

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
