Description of Impact

Some fully-compliant students attempting to register for orientation are unable to do so. Impacted students receive the error message: “Our records show that you are not compliant with the University’s vaccine policy.”

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
