Description of Impact
Due to scheduled maintenance impacting Convenience points, MyPrint release stations were encountering an issue where students are unable to authenticate using their Terrier Cards, or by manually typing their BU Kerberos through the touchpad.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be related to a planned upgrade that was causing a portion of MyPrint authentication to fail (including Black and White quota-based prints).

Description of Impact
Due to scheduled maintenance impacting Convenience points, MyPrint release stations are encountering an issue where students are unable to authenticate using their Terrier Cards, or by manually typing their BU Kerberos through the touchpad. Whereas color printing will not work until the scheduled maintenance is complete (planned), black and white printing through students’ print quota is also impacted (unplanned).

This outage is related to planned maintenance related to CSGold.
Additional Information
