Description of Impact
Clients attempting to access BU Qualtrics (https://www.bu.edu/qualtrics) were encountering an SSO timeout error after login.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has resolved the incident.

The cause of this incident was determined to be a configuration issue with the vendor.

Qualtrics is not allowing SSO sign-on. BU clients cannot access Qualtrics at this time.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are working with the vendor.
