Description of Impact
There were reports of intermittent issues logging into shibboleth protected BU resources (such as Blackboard Learn, and BUWorks). Clients attempting to log in to these services encounted a delay with the ‘Continue’ button changing to ‘Logging in, please wait…’ or a message, ‘The username you entered cannot be identified’.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
