2) This action will redirect you to the benefits page.
3) Proceed by clicking on “Benefits” and subsequently selecting “Tuition Remission.”

Functions affected by this in BUworks: Tuition Remission, MBTA passes, (CRC and BUMC) Transit station parking benefit (CRC and BUMC), Terrier convenience enrollment/change, and IRS forms link.Current Status

To access any of the affected sections in BUworks, please follow these steps:-
1) Log in to the BUworks portal as you normally would.

2) Open a new tab and enter the following link: https://per.buw.bu.edu/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hress_a_menu?sap-client=500&sap-language=EN&sap-wd-configid=ZHRESS_AC_MENU#

3) Finally, proceed to the specific section you need.

We have encountered an issue while attempting to access the Tuition Remission page on my Benefits page in BU Works. Across multiple browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, people are receiving an error message stating “shib.bu.edu refused to load.”Current Status
