Description of Impact

The Shared Computing Cluster (SCC) remains offline.

Current Status

Network Services is working towards remediation of this incident. Due to the earlier power interruption at MGHPCC, there is added difficulty in troubleshooting this incident.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. There was an earlier power issue at Holyoke (MGHPCC) that was resolved, however SCC has remained offline.
