Description of Impact
Users were reporting issues with the Outlook Web App (OWA) and the desktop app.
This appeared to be a vendor-related issue with Microsoft. Reports started appearing on Downdetector around 3:25 PM EST, but Microsoft’s Health Status page didn’t acknowledge it at that time.
Incident Description and Resolution
We will continue to monitor for any further disruptions, but at this time, no further action is needed.

The cause of this incident was determined to be a vendor issue.
