Description of Impact
Access to certain BU services and applications were unavailable today based on changes to made to Active Directory group membership and directory attributes.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Any clients impacted by today’s outage will now have regained access to impacted services and applications.

Description of Impact
Access to some BU resources controlled by LDAP remain unavailable. Clients have primarily reported loss of access to the Links, however other services provisioned through LDAP may also be unavailable.
Current Status
IS&T is continuing to work on the issue, and has involved the vendor. While some access provided through LDAP may temporarily restore, thus far access is lost again after a period of time.

The next update will be provided tomorrow morning, unless a resolution or significant update is available tonight.

Description of Impact
Access to some BU resources controlled by active directory groups (such as shared drives, Cisco Finesse) will be temporarily unavailable for some clients as an internal update is processed by IS&T. During this time, IS&T will not be able to provide new access or renewals to Adobe Creative Cloud.
Current Status
Access to BU resources provisioned by Active Directory are now restored, clients will be able to access Cisco Finesse, shared drives, and will be able to be licensed (if eligible) for Adobe Creative Cloud. Some account attributes controlled by an alternate platform are still being updated; clients unable to access The Links, or AWS do not yet have access restored.

Since our most recent update, we have also received reports of this impacting clients access to the Links (FacultyStaff Link), AWS accounts, and EZProxy access.
