Description of Impact

The online registration system at Fitrec (https://myfitrec.bu.edu) was not available. It was determined that this affected all membership and program registration.

Incident Description and Resolution

After much investigation by Information Security, Network, Systems Administration and Website teams, the Fitrec team were able to resolve the issue with their vendors.
