Guiding Questions

How sensitive will the meeting's content be?
Who is your intended audience?
Who should be invited?
Security Features
Passcodes
Passcodes protect your meetings from random discovery or mistakenly typed meeting IDs. They are required for all scheduled or instant meetings.
Waiting Rooms
Waiting rooms allow you to control who enters the meeting individually, collectively, or automatically depending on their email address.
Authentication
Meeting authentication requires participants to sign in to Zoom before joining a meeting either from any email address or from ones belonging to specified domains.
Registration
Registration requires participants to provide information before receiving a Zoom meeting link. Registration links will not contain your meeting ID, making them ideal for public events.
In-Meeting Security
Hosts and co-hosts can use the Security button to quickly manage meeting features ranging from waiting rooms to the ability for participants to unmute themselves.
Handling Disruptions
While rare, disruptions (or "Zoom Bombings") can happen. Learn more about how to address a disruption, regain control of your meeting, and file a report.
