A departmental contact who has been authorized to manage trouble tickets will be able to view the status of these trouble tickets through the Pinnacle Department Portal.
- Go to the Online Billing System.
- Click on the Department Portal tab.
- Enter your BU login name, Kerberos password, and Secure ID.
- At the Welcome screen, choose Services on the bar at the top.
- Click on the tab for Tickets and select a unit/department code from the drop-down menu to run. (You may only have one).
You will see a list of all trouble tickets submitted for your department to date, the service number against which the trouble was reported, and their status. To see details on any one particular trouble ticket listed, click on the Req No field. On the Details tab you will be able to view information such as:
- Work Status – indicates if trouble is being worked on, was sent out to Verizon, or is fixed.
- Comments – information about this trouble entered by our Telecommunications staff.
- Additional Information – gives you the Inventory (set type) on this phone line.
