To change or upgrade your cellular service plan or equipment, including adding additional features such as text messaging, please submit an ISR to IS&T Communication Services including the following information:

  • The telephone number you would like upgraded.
  • The type of phone you would like this phone number upgraded to.
  • If changing the rate/data plan for this phone number please specify which plan you would like to change to.  To review available plan options, please visit your selected carrier’s website (Verizon Wireless, and AT&T) or contact us at 617-353-HELP (4357).
  • The name of the person using this phone number.
  • Any accessories you would like to order with this upgrade.

If you would like to order new accessories, please submit an ISR to IS&T Communication Services including the following information:

  • The telephone number you would like charged for the accessories.
  • Accessories you would like to order.
