To request coverage for International Travel, please follow these steps in Tangoe Mobile:
- Sign-in to the Tangoe Portal
- On the left-hand navigation menu, select Maintain Devices, then Travel Request
- On the Travel Request activity, enter the following information:
- Departure Date
- Return Date
- For Line Information, select the cellphone line or device you are taking with you
- Travel Notes including the places you are traveling
- To submit the activity, select Continue. If you are taking more than one device, please submit another activity for your other devices.
- Confirmation of the request will be sent to your BU email and viewable on the Tangoe Dashboard.
