To request coverage for International Travel, please follow these steps in Tangoe Mobile:

  1. Sign-in to the Tangoe Portal
  2. On the left-hand navigation menu, select Maintain Devices, then Travel Request
  3. On the Travel Request activity, enter the following information:
    1. Departure Date
    2. Return Date
    3. For Line Information, select the cellphone line or device you are taking with you
    4. Travel Notes including the places you are traveling
  4. To submit the activity, select Continue. If you are taking more than one device, please submit another activity for your other devices.
  5. Confirmation of the request will be sent to your BU email and viewable on the Tangoe Dashboard.
