Cisco Webex is a softphone application that allows you to make and receive calls from your BU telephone line and/or act as a call center agent.

  • In most cases, there is no cost for using the Cisco Webex softphone application.

Before using the application, a new profile must be created and Cisco Webex installed on your computer. For further assistance, please submit a request to have a new profile created.
