Cisco Webex is a softphone application that allows you to make and receive calls from your BU telephone line and/or act as a call center agent.
Cost
- In most cases, there is no cost for using the Cisco Webex softphone application.
Requirements
- An existing BU telephone line or Call Center agent login
- A computer or mobile device that meets Cisco’s minimum system requirements
- An installed and configured MyE911 application. See below for more information.
Getting Started
Before using the application, a new profile must be created and Cisco Webex installed on your computer. For further assistance, please submit a request to have a new profile created.
