1. To create a form, log in to your WordPress Admin Panel, and click Forms, then New Form.

  3. Edit the form’s properties by clicking the Edit button that appears when you hover over the Untitled Form description box.

  5. On the Form Properties dialogue box, you can set the form’s title and description. Make sure that the title is somewhat descriptive, as this is what you will use to locate your form to view submissions or to make edits.
  6. Click the Advanced tab to view some additional options that control how your form will appear to your visitors.
  7. Click the Confirmation tab to choose where you want your visitors to be redirected after they submit the form. You have three options:
    • Text: For text, you can choose to display a short bit of text saying thank you for your submission, for example.
    • Page: The page option allows you to choose an existing page on your site that your visitor will be brought to once they click the “Submit” button.
    • Redirect: The redirect option allows you to input any URL that you want to be displayed once the visitor clicks the “Submit” button.
