These options are only available for WordPress sites using a Flexi theme.

All WordPress posts have an extensive amount of meta data associated with them, such as the post author, the publish date, what categories the post is assigned to, and what tags have been added to it. This post meta data can be displayed in a number of locations across your site, including the home page (if you’re displaying recent posts), any archive pages you’ve created, and the view of a single post.

By default, BU WordPress sites using a Flexi theme will have categories and tags displayed, but the post author hidden. You now have the ability to change what post meta data is displayed (most Flexi sites have the publish date displayed, which is not configurable).
