Community Health Monitoring

Community Health Monitoring provides reporting and analytics designed to give an overview of public health data within the BU community.  This includes custom and self-service report and dashboard development combining information from multiple data systems.

What to Expect

This service normally will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes.  Expanded service support may be available in the event of public health emergency situations.

Requirements

• Access is based on business roles and demonstrated need.
• Requests for data or reporting will be reviewed, evaluated, and approved by the President, Provost, senior medical professionals, and/or the Data Trustees.  
• HIPPA compliance training and IRB approval may be required.
