Laboratory Operations Monitoring provides reports and dashboards of activity and operations of laboratory processes associated with public health support activities managed by Boston University. This includes high-level and longitudinal trend reporting to support strategic operations and responses to public health emergencies.

What to Expect
This service normally will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes. Expanded service support may be available in the event of public health emergency situations.
Requirements
- Access is based on business roles and demonstrated need.
- Requests for data or reporting will be reviewed, evaluated, and approved by the President, Provost, senior medical professionals, and/or the Data Trustees.
- HIPPA compliance training and IRB approval may be required.
