Zenoss is an automated monitoring solution for Windows and UNIX servers, storage systems, and other devices on the campus network. The tool provide real-time status information, alert processing, and warning notifications enabling you to proactively respond to technology issues in advance of service impacting events.
Zenoss offers a multi-tenant model and is available to departmental IT administrators who wish to administer their own system monitoring thresholds and alerts.
Benefits
Proactively manage your server and application infrastructure by taking advantage of monitoring solutions currently available within IS&T. Leveraging a common monitoring solution avoids duplicative products and helps to manage overall University expenses.
