Using eduroam with Android

Android Configuration Settings for eduroam

Your device may not require all of the settings included below.
Connect to: eduroam
EAP method: PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication: None (if available) or MSCHAPV2
CA Certificate: Don’t Validate
Client Certificate: N/A (only option)
Domain: radius.bu.edu
Identity: <BU login name>
Anonymous Identity: <login@bu.edu>
Wireless Password: <Kerberos password>

Enabling Certificate Validation on Android clients

Most Android phones accept BU’s eduroam certificate. If your phone allows you to change these settings, this will provide your device with a more secure connection to Eduroam.
