Automatic Patching Process

When IS&T Systems Administration hosts a server, a monthly automatic process is implemented. The process will restart the server, install the updates, and then restart the server again. IS&T Systems Administration typically patches servers during the first three weeks of each month following the guidelines with our existing IS&T change window: IS&T Change Windows. IS&T Systems Administration patches servers during the first three weeks of each month, where typically the fist week for test servers and production servers later on. When new servers are built, IS&T Systems Administration will reach out to our clients about a patch schedule.
