MyTechWeb Portal
The MyTechWeb Service Portal is your go-to resource for all things ticket related. It’s a secure and user-friendly platform where you can submit new tickets or check updates on existing ones.
Getting Help – Submitting Tickets
If you have any problems or questions, you can contact the IT Help Center by submitting a ticket on the MyTechWeb portal or calling 617-353-HELP (4357). If you don’t have a BU account you can email us for help. Please provide as much information as possible, including any screen shots or URLs that may be helpful.
Viewing Ticket Updates
By default, updates to your submitted tickets will be sent to your BU email address. You can also view all your open tickets and check for updates or add more information by logging into the MyTechWeb Service Portal.
Adding Others To Your Ticket
There may be times that you want others, such as your professor or supervisor, to see updates to your tickets. To do this, open your ticket from the MyTechWeb portal and enter their name into the ‘Watch list’ field.
