Don’t Press That Button!
As part of the desktop telephone migration project, it is no longer necessary to Press 9 before dialing an external phone number from new desktop telephones; just press 1 and the 10 or more digits that follow as appropriate.
5-digit calling within the campus will continue to work as it does today.
