LGBTQIA+ Concerns in this Political Climate: Drop-In to Talk About Documents & Documentation

Join us for a drop-in session with LGBTQIA+ Center for Faculty & Staff colleagues to discuss your question and concerns about documents and documentation, such as:

• Name Changes

• Gender Marker Changes

• Second-Parent and Step-Parent Adoption and Other Familial Concerns

• Healthcare Proxy and Advance Directives

• Power of Attorney

• Wills and End of Life Planning

• Asylum and Immigration

• Legal Resources

Our goal is to learn more about what LGBTQIA+ students, staff, and faculty need at this time and to connect colleagues and students with available resources. Our intention is to put together a series of programming in the spring semester and are wanting to support colleagues and students in thinking through some things they may want to do while home over winter break/intercession to prepare for potential changes in the months and years ahead.
