Ben is a Black/Queer/Nonbinary TV/Film Writing grad student at BU. They got their undergrad in Theatre and Human Services at Millikin University.
They‘re from Chicago and has a wide variety of experiences from being a Production Assistant at an equity Chicago theatre, to freelance casting, working Front of House/Bar and Concessions, Host at a restaurant, cashier, to modeling for a wine and paint company, and more. All these experiences have allowed them to travel in numerous circles and understand many identities and experiences both similar and different from their own.
Ben hopes to continue to gain perspective so they can continue to lead with kindness, courage, and an intersectional lens.
