The center is a place to find programming and support tailored to the concerns of LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty. Our programs and services are designed to foster a sense of belonging and connectedness and serve as a hub where faculty and staff can find community and opportunities for synergy.

We actively work to improve campus climate for LGBTQIA+ faculty and staff with a focus on creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. The center provides education, training, and professional development opportunities for all members of the BU community.
