Since graduating, Luisa has worked in Belgium, Tunisia, and her home town of Cape Cod, MA. She currently works as a freelance legal translator and recently obtained her certificate in medical interpretation. Aside from this, Luisa loves to translate with musical artists for video subtitling and as she pursues this Master’s degree, she is drawn towards Arabic literature that deals with themes of migration and transnationalism.
