Fix for Firefox users experiencing either scrolling or receipt image viewing issues in Concur:

May 29th, 2015 in concur system updates

The route of this problem is that the Concur screens show up as pop-ups in Firefox. To get pop-ups to appear in new tabs an add-on called Tab Mix Plus needs to be downloaded and can be found here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-mix-plus/

Once the user downloads and installs the program, they should go to the menu icon on the right in a Firefox screen; choose Options; In the horizontal menu at the top choose Tabs; click the Tab Mix Plus Options button at the top of the window; find the Java Script and Popup Restriction dropdown and choose Open all popups in tabs; click OK and OK.

As of May 1st the paper travel and business expense form is no longer available on the Travel website. If you have started a paper travel and expense reimbursement report please finish and submit it on paper and we will process it. Going forward, all new reports should be done in the Concur system.

Why isn’t my internal order showing up in Concur as a valid account?

Try adding two zeros to the beginning of your internal order number.  The technical explanation for why this is sometimes needed -- our SAP chart of accounts when passed to Concur has some hidden characters.  In most cases, these characters aren’t needed when looking up an account number, but for internal orders (that is, funded programs) starting with 9, two leading zeros must be added.  For example, what the user sees as 9090000000 in SAP, will be 009090000000 in Concur.
