Parking

Red Sox games and events at Fenway Park impact available parking in our neighborhood. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation or check the game schedule and allow appropriate time to locate parking.

Metered Parking
Metered parking is available along Commonwealth Avenue, Bay State Road, and Granby Street. Meters are free after 6 pm daily as well as all day on Sunday. Street parking is a good option on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

Parking lot at 240 Bay State Road (behind Tsai Center)
To enter this lot, take Bay State Road to the end and you’ll see the lot on your left. This gated lot is only for BU permit holders during the weekdays. The lot is open to pay-on-exit parking Fridays after 6pm, Saturdays, and Sundays. “Pay-on-exit” means taking a ticket upon entrance and using a credit card at the ticketing kiosk to pay when you exit. As you pull in next to the kiosk, you will be facing the back entrances of the Tsai Center.

Parking lot at Warren Towers, 700 Commonwealth Avenue
Located directly across the street from our front doors, Warren Towers generally has a flat rate of $12 offered after 3 pm and on Saturdays & Sundays. Rates do increase when events or Red Sox games are scheduled at Fenway Park. This lot is a pay-on-exit using a credit card at the ticketing kiosk.
