Submission deadlines for 2024–2025 applications

All applications are due on the dates listed below. Mentor letters of recommendation are due by midnight.

Fall — Thursday, September 12, 2024 by noon
Spring — Monday, December 16, 2024 by noon
Summer — Friday, March 7, 2025 by noon

Summer 2025 Humanities, Arts & Preprofessional (HAP) Scholars – Thursday, April 17 by noon

Due to the large volume of applications and our processing requirements, UROP deadlines are strict. Late applications must be approved in writing by UROP staff in advance, and requests for extensions may not be granted. Extensions longer than 24 hours are rarely offered.
