Overview

The GLOB~S Lab (https://globslab.org/) is seeking a Research Assistant to support and coordinate research projects that delve into the role of disruption in strategy. You will be at the forefront of understanding how organizations adapt to large-scale shocks, how these choices influence their performance, and their wider impact on society.

The position is ideal for someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience in academic research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write scientific papers and reports for each ongoing research project, ensuring they meet the standards and guidelines of target journals and publications.
• Prepare drafts, revise, and finalize manuscripts, incorporating feedback from team members and reviewers.
• Maintain consistent communication with research teams to stay informed about the progress and purpose of each respective project.

Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a graduate program in Economics, Finance, Business, Operations, Political Science, or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in scientific writing, particularly for academic audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a research environment is a plus. Ideally, the applicant has experience collaborating in projects aimed at publication in top-tier journals.
