When you contact the USC, the first person you speak with will be one of the associate directors (ADs).  We have years of experience assisting with a variety of student questions and concerns, and are very knowledgeable about University policies and procedures.  We can work with you directly, or we might work with your advisors and staff from other BU resource offices when the situation is more complex or multi-layered.

	Rashita Clark Associate Director I am first generation undergraduate and graduate student. I have worked in higher education for almost 10 years. I started my higher journey at BU School of Education (now BU Wheelock College of Education and Human Development) as an Administrative Coordinator, Associate Dean’s Administer and then Strategic Partnership and Recruitment Associate. I oversaw the Academic Success Program, served 4 years on the Academic Conduct Committee and I was the co-chair for the Staff and Faculty of Color Affinity group. I am a BU alumnus I received my fourth Masters in Higher Education Administration (Ed.M.) from BU School of Education. Working in the USC office gives me the opportunity to work with and help students. In my spare enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
	Vincent Crotwell Associate Director I have spent my career finding ways to help others through difficult or complicated situations in the best way for each individual. I previously worked in the areas of mediation, conflict coaching, life coaching, and restorative justice. Universities are like mazes; difficult to navigate. It is my goal to be the individual with a torch and a map that can help you through the maze, hopefully have a little bit of fun along the way. Outside of work you will find me playing video games, playing my bass, or working on an art project like glass blowing beads.
	Carmen Ortiz Administrative Coordinator
	Natalie Verge Senior Associate Director Natalie began her career at Boston University in Undergraduate Admissions and has been with the University Service Center since June 2009.  She is a proud double Terrier and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Arts & Sciences and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law.  Over her time at BU, she has served on numerous University and Enrollment and Student Administration committees, including the University Board on Student Conduct; she is a Terriers Connect trainer and spent many years working with first generation college students.  She loves the problem solving aspect of her role and enjoys imparting her BU knowledge to students and helping them navigate life at BU and beyond.  In her spare time, Natalie can be found gardening, relaxing on the beach, experimenting with new recipes, and enjoying the company of family and friends.
	Kristine Gilchrist-Minasidis Director As the first person in my family to pursue college, moving away to BU was exhilarating, and daunting.  I’m a double Terrier (CAS/GRS) now, and indebted to the wonderful professors and administrators who encouraged and supported me.  I’m thrilled to put my hard earned BU and “college knowledge” to use in my current role.  I love that USC smooths the way for students facing challenges, and educates on navigating a large, urban, research institution–a necessary skill for life in the post-college world.
