We ask you to complete this questionnaire so that we can better counsel you when you are contemplating a leave or withdrawal. If you’ve already decided to take time off (for work, health reasons, to pursue a non-BU study abroad) we still find information about your expectations and your actual University experience helpful. We are always striving to keep our finger on the pulse of the undergraduate student experience at the University, so you can access the broadest range of opportunities, resources, and academic challenges possible.
