Exploring Japanese

Every Friday Sept. 14-Dec. 14th – The Japanese Language Program hosted a Japanese-English lunch exchange with CELOP students every week in the GSU. This lunch hour was open to all students and offered students of both native languages the opportunity to practice their language skills with other students by conversing freely with one another. The October 5th CELOP lunch included an info session with a representative from the Consulate General of Japan in Boston, where she discussed the JET Program, (Japan Exchange Teaching Program). The total number of attendees over the course of 13 weeks surpassed 300 students!
