The Allyship Roundtable (symposium) is a collaborative yearly initiative in partnership between the BU Women’s Guild and the Women of Color Circle, designed to foster connection and understanding, and create a shared space for meaningful dialogue, camaraderie, and mutual support. Events like these play a vital role in nurturing positive relationships and have a lasting, meaningful impact on our community. By coming together, we strengthen the bonds between colleagues, empower one another, and contribute to a more inclusive and cohesive work environment.
