Nancy Medoff is an innovative hospitality executive best known for developing award-winning sales teams and industry leaders. A travel aficionado and fitness ninja, as a two-time Marathoner and avid Soul-Cycle enthusiast she views life as an ongoing journey to build your brand, follow your passion, and pay it forward.

During her twenty-four year career with Marriott International, Nancy has been an Operations and Sales expert leading global and regional programs. As Director, Northeast Group Sales, Nancy has primary leadership responsibility for Marriott’s Northeast Group Sales Team consisting of seventy-five sales associates and $200 million direct sales revenue to thirty-four full service hotels in five major northeast markets.

In her previous role as Senior Director in Marriott’s Global Sales Organization, Nancy was responsible for managing the company’s global strategic relationships with 350 Multi-National Corporations generating $3.8B in annual revenue into Marriott’s 4,000+ properties worldwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Tourism and Travel Administration from Boston University where she currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching Strategic Marketing and Sales Management. Nancy also earned an MBA with distinction from DeVry University. She has been invited to speak in the US and Europe on numerous leadership topics such as: “Creating a Winning Sales Culture, Team-Based Selling for Competitive Advantage”, “Leveraging Confidence in the Workplace”, “Dealing with Difficult People” and “Developing your Personal Brand”.
