SmartSelect Tool

Using the SmartSelect support tool can help you see which health plan is expected to cost you the least amount of money out of pocket by answering just a few simple questions. It’s up to you to decide which health plan option might be the best option for you and your family based on your expected health care use, risk tolerance and budget. Employees are able to switch health plans only if they are a new hire within their 30-day new hire period or during the Annual Open Enrollment Period.
