Sponsored by the American and New England Studies Program (AMNESP) at BU, the Americanist Forum functions like a conference panel/symposium, with multiple speakers delivering papers during a given session. Each semester, there is an open call for papers for BU students in the humanities (graduate students or advanced undergraduates).

Archives and Knowledge Keepers: Native American and Indigenous Studies and the Art of History

This one day symposium showcased early career scholars whose work engages Indigenous modes of knowledge production and might incorporate textual archives but also artifacts, oral traditions, and non-alphabetic material texts. May 4, 2023 | 10am-5pm
