Celebrated chef, television personality, and gastronomic expert Jacques Pépin will receive Metropolitan College’s Roger Deveau Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Award at a celebration in his honor on Thursday evening, October 6.
A Culinary Retrospective with Jacques Pépin, hosted by the BU Culinary Arts Certificate Program, gives guests the opportunity to dine on some of the chef’s favorite dishes — and enjoy an instructional presentation by Pépin, who will demonstrate how to prepare dishes such as duck liver pâte, lobster with artichoke bottoms and herbs, and chocolate truffettes.
