Officers Rick Camillo and Antoine Ramos responded for a past larceny report. Upon arrival they met with the victim, who stated that $550.00 was removed from his wallet. The victim stated that he and his friend returned to room # 307 and went to sleep at 2:30 AM and a third individual was present in the room. The clerk stated that the suspect had checked in sometime between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on 6/7/2008 and checked out between 3:00 AM and 6:45 AM on 6/8/2008. The victim stated that he did not discover his money missing until he attempted to purchase something and found his wallet was empty. Neither the victim nor his friend stated they were awake to observe the suspect leave the room.

Officer Brian Abdallah responded for a past bike larceny report. Upon arrival, he met with the victim, who stated that he locked his mountain bike to the bike rack by the building at 11:30 PM. When he returned on 6/5/2008 at 1 PM, he discovered his bike and lock were gone. The victim reports that his Schwinn mountain bike was valued at $200 and the lock was valued at $25.

Detective Christopher O’Shea responded for a report for a past bike larceny. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that she locked her bicycle to a meter outside the building on 6/5/2008 at 5:00 PM. When she returned on 6/6/2008 at 1:38 PM her bike was gone. According to the victim Boston University Physical Plant did not remove the bike. The victim reports that her GMC Danali bike was valued at $200.

Officer Anicet Dybantsa responded for a report of a past larceny of a bicycle. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that she secured her bicycle to the bike rack in front of the building at 4:30 PM with a chain lock. When she returned at 10:20 PM, she discovered her bicycle was no longer at the bike rack. The bike lock was cut open and left behind. The victim reports that her Diamond Back bike was valued at $300.

Officers Jefferey Kotkowski and William Donnellan were dispatched for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who stated that a co-worker had witnessed the accident. The witness stated that at 4:50 PM, the victim’s vehicle was struck while parked in the garage by a Honda Civic. The operator of the suspect vehicle then exited his vehicle and tried to wipe down the area that he struck, the front driver’s side wheel well of the victim’s Mercedes Benz. The suspect then returned to his vehicle and fled the scene. Officers observed minor damage to the front driver’s side wheel well of the victim’s vehicle.

Officer Kevin St. Ives was dispatched to take a report for threats. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who gave him a copy of an e-mail sent to his Boston University e-mail account. The content of the e-mail indicated that the victim pay a sum of $12,000 to save his life from a contract killer.

Officer Matt Quinlan responded for a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 6/2/2008. Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated that at 5:15 PM, she was waiting in line to leave the parking garage at 925 Commonwealth Av. The victim stated that the vehicle in front of her, a dark blue older Jeep, started to roll back towards her car. The victim sounded her horn at which time the individual applied the brake and moved forward. The victim stated that the vehicle began to rolled back again towards the victim’s vehicle striking it. The victim stated that because the Jeep bumper was high it struck and damaged the hood of her car leaving a light scrape on her hood. The victim was unable to get license plate of the Jeep.

Officers Anicet Dybantsa and Diane Smith were dispatched for a report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers met with Transit Police Officers Fahey and Dear who had the suspect stopped. Officer Dybantsa spoke with Barnes & Noble Loss Prevention, who stated that they observed the suspect via camera taking clothing from the store. Loss Prevention officers approached THE SUSPECT to stop him and he began to resist. The Transit Officers saw the struggle and stepped in to assist them. THE SUSPECT had 2 Under Armor sweatshirts, valued at $59.98, 2 mesh shorts, valued at $24.98 each, 2 long sleeve t-shirts, valued at $21.98 each, 2 T-shirts, valued at $24.98 each, 1 Champion T-shirt, valued at $17.98 and 3 blue Champion T-shirts, valued at $17.98 each. The suspect was charged with shoplifting and transported to the BU station for booking. A check through NCIC turned up a default warrant from Wrentham District Court.

Officers Joseph Sirignano and Larry Mackin were dispatched to meet with the victim of a past larceny of a bicycle. Upon arrival, they met with the victim, who stated that on 5/28/2008 at 1 PM, he secured his mountain bike to the bicycle rack located between 700 Commonwealth Av and 111 Cummington St. He secured the bicycle by utilizing a wire type bicycle lock. When he returned at about 5 PM, he discovered that someone had cut the bicycle lock and taken his bicycle. The victim stated that that the bicycle was valued at $400. The victim was unable to provide the make, model, or serial number of the bicycle.

Officer Brian Abdallah responded for a past larceny report. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that he left his room on 5/23/2008 at 10:45 AM. When he returned on 5/25/2008 at 8:45 AM, he noticed that his cordless phone was missing. There was no sign of forced entry and the door was locked upon the victim’s return. The victim further stated that nothing else was missing from his room. The victim reports that his V-Tech cordless phone was valued at $80.

Officer William Campanella observed a 1994, BMW 318 IS, parked unattended in a parking space in front of 915 Commonwealth Av. Officer Campanella approached the vehicle after observing that the passenger door of the vehicle was ajar. The vehicle was unattended and Officer Campanella observed that the plastic housing surrounding the ignition to the vehicle had been torn apart. An NCIC check of the vehicle was made which determined that the vehicle was registered to a midnight shift employee of Boston University, B&G department. Officer Campanella then requested that BU Building and Grounds dispatcher contact the victim and have him meet with Officer Campanella at his vehicle. The victim stated that he had parked and secured his vehicle on 5/31/2008 at 10:30 PM. The victim had been working inside of the building and had not returned to the vehicle until notified by Boston University Police to do so. The victim reported the following damage had occurred to the vehicle. The passenger door lock to the vehicle was damaged and unable to be secured and the plastic housing surrounding the ignition by the steering column had been torn apart. The victim was able to start his vehicle by means of his ignition key. Officer Campanella observed that the manner in which the ignition column was damaged is consistent with the manner in the ignition is disable in order to steal the vehicle by using other means to start the vehicle other then the ignition key.

Officer Matthew Quinlan responded for a report of a stolen bike. Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated that his bicycle had been stolen. The victim stated he put his bike in the bike rack on the side of the building at on 6/1/2008 at 12 PM. When he returned 1:45 PM he discovered his bike was missing. The victim stated that he put a
chain around his bike, but did not have a lock to lock the chain around his bike. The victim reports that his bike was valued at $80.

Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that she had left her bicycle locked up on the bike rack located in front of the building on 5/28/2008 at 7:30 PM, and when she returned to retrieve her bike on 5/30/2008 at 6:30 PM her bike and lock were missing. The victim
reports that her Fuji 10 speed bike was valued at $150 and the Master lock was valued at $25.

Officer Matthew Blakeslee observed three suspicious individuals jumping in and out of the bushes taking flash photographs at 502 – 504 Park Drive. While Officer Blakeslee was watching the three individuals, the three individuals begin to rip up plantings in the front of 504 Park Drive and begin throwing these plantings at each other. Officer
Blakeslee requested an additional unit for assistance. Officer Blakeslee stopped the suspects inside of the 7-11 store and was joined by Officers William Campanella and Anicet Dybantsa. Officer Blakeslee requested identification from the three males and informed them that they were being stopped for malicious destruction of property observed by Officer Blakeslee. The suspects were advised that they would be summonsed into Roxbury District Court for wanton destruction of property(Chapter 266 Section 127 Personal Property; Malicious or Wanton Injuries). The destroyed property appeared to be about five and seven flower plantings and topsoil pulled up with the roots from flower beds adjacent to 504 Park.

Officers Jeffrey Kotkowski and William Donnellan responded for an officer who was in a foot pursuit. Officer Diane Smith was on a walk and talk inside 685 Commonwealth Av when she observed a white male dressed all in black carrying a back pack inside the building after it had closed for the evening. When she tried to speak with the party, he fled out the back door in the direction of the Esplanade. Officer Smith pursued this individual and a Massachusetts State Police Trooper who was on a paid detail in the area rendered assistance and detained this individual. Sergeant Jefferey Burke, Officer Kevin St. Ives and Officer Alex Ayochok also arrived on scene to assist. Officer Donnellan immediately recognized the party as someone he had arrested in the past. The suspect has an active trespass order under incident report #6016504. The suspectwas placed under arrest for Trespassing, MGL ch266 S120 and transported to the station for booking.

Officers Jeffrey Kotkowski and William Donnellan were dispatched to investigate an upset female. Upon arrival they spoke with the victim, who stated that while using the first floor woman’s restroom an older male party stuck his head under the door of the stall she was using. She described this male as being a white male, 50 – 60 years old and 6’ tall with white hair. The suspect was wearing khaki shorts with a t-shirt and sneakers. A description of the suspect was broadcast to responding units. Officers Tom Smith and Kevin St. Ives assisted with a search of the building, but were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was visibly shaken and upset over the incident and was offered medical attention which she declined. She was also offered counseling services which she declined.

Officers William Donnellan and Jeffrey Kotkowski were dispatched for the report of a past larceny. Upon arrival they met with the reporting party, who stated that two Boston University vehicles had gasoline siphoned from them while parked in the 808 Commonwealth Avenue parking lot. She reported that this happened between 5/26/2008 at 8 AM and 5/28/2008 at 3 PM. She further stated that vehicle #1 had ¾ of a tank of gasoline stolen and vehicle #2 had approximately ½ a tank of gasoline stolen. The reporting party stated that neither vehicle has a locking device for the gas cap.

Officer Brian Abdallah responded for a report of a past larceny. Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated she left her room at 2:30 PM and returned at 5:15 PM. When she returned, she found her bureau, which was located in her bedroom, against a door leading into the hallway. The bureau had been pushed forward and her jewelry box which had been on top of the bureau was broken. It appeared that the door leading to the hallway was pushed in, pushing the bureau forward and knocking the jewelry box onto the floor. The jewelry box was then picked up and placed back on the bureau. The victim reports that a pair of diamond earrings, valued at $1,500 and a diamond necklace, valued at $1,000 was missing.

The victim reports that his Cannondale road bike was valued at $800 and the bike lock was valued at $25.

and the bike lock was valued at $10.

mountain bike was valued at $700 and the lock was valued at $20.

Officer Matthew Quinlan was dispatched for a past larceny report. Upon arrival he met with the reporting party, who stated that 24 brass steam angle valves were stolen. The items were stolen from the basement area and located in a job box that was unlocked. The valves were last seen on at 10 AM and discovered missing at 7 PM. The reporting party stated that there were many contractors working in the building and the rear door was either unlocked or propped open. There is a camera that is trained on the dumpster next to the rear door. The reporting party stated that the total value of the stolen valves was $720.

Officers Tom Smith and Ron Gately responded to the Mugar Library, for a report of a disorderly individual on the premises. Upon arrival officers spoke with security, who stated that a male party at the computer lab was being loud and shouting at security personnel. Officers Smith and Gately spoke with the suspect. THE SUSPECT had no identification and stated that he was homeless when asked for his address. THE SUSPECT stated that he sometimes stayed at the Pine St. Inn. When asked what he was doing in the library, THE SUSPECT stated that he came from Canada to be around the universities in Boston and use their resources. When asked why he was being disruptive, THE SUSPECT stated that he was an activist, and was angry that a baby had been in the library earlier in the week. THE SUSPECT was run through WMS for warrants which proved negative. THE SUSPECT was then trespass warned from all Boston University property and made aware that if he was discovered on any BU property he would be arrested for trespassing. THE SUSPECT stated that he understood and left the area without incident. THE SUSPECT is a 44 year old male,light complexion, brown hair, about 5’6" tall and between 130-140 lbs. He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and ripped sneakers.

Officer Matt Quinlan responded for a report of a missing suitcase. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that at 5 PM she began moving out of 10 Buick St. While moving she left a large navy blue Samsonite suitcase at the top of the stairs leading down to Buick St. The victim discovered her suitcase was missing at an unknown time. She returned to the Office of Residence Life at 8:30 AM to see if someone had secured her suitcase. The victim spoke with the staff in the office and the custodial manager of the building with negative results. The victim reported that her Samsonite suitcase was valued at $300 and a variety of clothes and shoes valued at $2,500.

Officer Joseph Sirignano responded to meet with the victim of a past theft from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival he met with the victim, who stated that at 8:20 AM he parked his motor vehicle in the alley adjacent to the BU Bookstore at 660 Beacon St in a marked BU parking spot. When he returned to his motor vehicle at 2:50 PM to retrieve an item and secured his door. He discovered that he had forgotten something in his office. He re-secured his motor vehicle and returned to his office to retrieve the forgotten item. Upon returning a second time to his motor vehicle at 2:55 PM, he discovered that the rear driver’s side door lock button was in the unlocked position and that someone had entered his motor vehicle and removed his green BU parking permit which was hanging from the rear view mirror.

Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated he chained his bike to the parking meter in front of the building on 5/18/2008 at 11:00 PM. He discovered his bike was missing on 5/19/2008 at 8:00 AM. The victim stated that his Gary Fisher mountain bike was valued at $400.

Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated that he locked his bike to the bike rack in front the building on 5/17/2008 at 11:00 AM. When he returned on 5/18/2008 at 9:45 AM he discovered his bike and the U-lock used to secure his bike were gone. The victim states that his
Specialized Rock Hopper mountain bike was valued at $900 and the Kryptonite U-lock was valued at $50.

Officer John Mahoney responded for a report of vandalism. Upon arrival met with the reporting party who stated that someone had defecated over the 4th floor railing causing feces to stain the walls of the stairwell and the carpet. Officer Mahoney observed feces on the floor and the walls coming down from the stairwell. The Office of Environmental Health and Safety was notified of the incident and were making arrangements to have the scene cleaned.

Officer Kevin Reen encountered 4 males riding bicycles on Granby St by Commonwealth Av. The individuals were carrying a radio and playing it loudly while riding down the middle of the street. Officer Reen asked the individuals to turn off the music and abide by the laws for cyclists when traveling the city streets. The agreed that they would and proceeded onward. Approximately three minutes later he encountered the same group at 775 Commonwealth Av who were again playing their radio in a loud manner and riding on the sidewalk with heavy pedestrian foot traffic. Officer Reen issued the individual with the radio a civil citation for violation of Chapter 85/16.26.8 (loud amplification devices in a public place).

Officer Alex Ayochok was dispatched for a report of damage to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival he spoke with the reporting person, who stated that a leased motor vehicle had been struck while it was parked along Miner St. The reporting party stated the vehicle was parked in the area of Miner St. at 1 PM. They discovered the damage to the
vehicle at 4 PM. There was a dent in the rear bumper on driver’s side and no other damage was observed.

Officer Ron Gately responded for a report of a past larceny. He met with the victim who stated that she left her pocketbook unattended in a hallway on the field side of 285 Babcock St while she was working. The victim reports that she left her pocketbook at 7:00AM and went to pick it up at 2:50 PM. At this time the victim noticed some coins on
the floor that were from her pocketbook. Upon further inspection she noticed her Bank of America debit/credit card was missing. The victim called the Bank of America security and they informed her there had been several uses of her card.

Officer Peter McCarron was approached by the owner of the Foundation Lounge for a report of a larceny. He stated that an unknown male patron entered the Foundation Lounge at 9:31 PM and walked around suspiciously for several minutes. A waitress stated that she stopped the male party and asked if he was all set. The party stated that he left his umbrella behind and was looking for it. The waitress assisted the male by checking the coat check area. While at the coat check area the male identified an umbrella to the waitress as his and he also then told her that a black leather jacket hanging up was also his. The waitress gave both items to the male and he exited the building. A short time later the victim attempted to retrieve his black leather jacket from the coat check out room and discovered it missing. It was determined that the jacket that the waitress handed to the male with the umbrella was the jacket of the victim. The victim reports that the 3/4 length black leather Nordica jacket was valued at $800 and he also had a set of keys in the pocket. The set of keys had three vehicle SMART KEYS attached with a combined value of $1300. The entire incident was captured on the surveillance cameras from the Foundation Lounge and the Hotel Commonwealth.

Officers Brandon Stone and Paul Devlin were dispatched for a report of a past B&E. Upon arrival, officers met with ORL Staff, who stated that one of her residents called her stating that she believed that her apartment had been broken into. The RA further advised that at 11 PM the victim called her stating that her apartment had been broken into. The victim returned and met with officers and stated that she had allowed her best friend from high school to stay the night before in her apartment with two males that she did not know well. The victim further stated that at 7:13 PM the male suspects called her insisting that they needed to return to her apartment to retrieve their belongings. The victim stated that she told the suspects that she was not home and that they did not have permission to be inside of the building or her apartment without her presence and that they would have to wait until she returned. The victim stated that the suspects were very intoxicated and that they were very persistent about wanting to retrieve their belongings. The victim further advised that the suspects repeatedly called her up until 7:29 PM. At 10:30 PM the victim’s boyfriend returned to the victim’s room and observed that the front door had been kicked in. The victim’s boyfriend advised that he entered the premises he noticed that the suspect’s belongings were no longer there. Officers observed that the victim’s front door had a foot print in the area surrounding the door knob, and that the interior door frame had been destroyed along with the locking mechanism. The victim stated that she was not missing any of her property. While searching the apartment, officers discovered a laptop bag/backpack that contained airline and hotel documents containing the identities of the two suspects.

Officer Anicet Dybantsa and Sergeant Patrick Nuzzi observed a black male party throwing items out of a dumpster from the rear of the building. They conducted a stop of the party and he identified himself as Floyd. When questioned as to what he was doing he admitted that he was looking for anything of value that had been discarded in the dumpster. He also admitted that he had been arrested in the past for stealing a bike. He was unable to provide any identification at the time of the stop. He had no outstanding warrants and was warned from the area. He has very short black hair, wearing a doo rag, brown eyes, 5’06” – 5’08” in height, and a distinctive scar on the bridge of his nose. He was wearing a black sleeveless shirt, black pants and black work boots. He also had a watch on his left wrist with a studded wrist band also on his left wrist. He also had a black backpack which contained a pair of adjustable pliers. His means of transportation was a green mountain bike.

When the victim returned to his motor vehicle at 6 PM he noticed that his passenger side window had been smashed. A red flat head screw driver which was left in the victim’s vehicle is believed to be the instrument used to break the window. The victim reports that his Tom Tom GPS, valued at $200 and his Apple iPod was valued at $200.

The B&G supervisor stated that he observed a male party lying on the ground at the corner of Harry Agganis Way and Commonwealth Av. He believed that the individual was shaken up and he thought he had a seizure. Officer Dybantsa observed the victim, who appeared to be intoxicated. The victim could not stand on his feet, his speech was slurred and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating fromhis person. Boston EMS responded and transported the victim to the St. Elizabeth hospital for treatment.

Officers Melissa Lombardo and John Mahoney were dispatched for a report of a past domestic assault and battery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim was standing outside the building without any shoes or jacket. The victim stated to Officer Lombardo that she had an argument with her fiancé in their residence. The victim stated that at 3 AM, she and THE SUSPECT returned to their residence after being out at a bar for the evening. The victim stated that she and THE SUSPECT had a verbal argument earlier in the evening, and that she had suggested taking space for the night. However, they reconciled and returned home together in a cab. The victim stated that after entering their apartment, THE SUSPECT began yelling at her. The victim then stated that THE SUSPECT then placed both of his hands around her neck, shook her and threw her against the wall inside the apartment. The victim stated that THE SUSPECT then opened the back door to the apartment, and shoved her with both hands out the back door, down one step, where she fell to the ground. THE SUSPECT was still yelling at her and then began throwing her belongings out the rear door onto the ground, including a large amount of clothing, her pocketbook, and also her cell phone. The victim stated to Officer Lombardo that she and THE SUSPECT are have been together for approximately five years and she had never seen him act this way. She further stated that she was in fear for her life and thought THE SUSPECT was going to kill her. The victim stated that she suffered injury to her right wrist, as a result of being shoved to the ground. Officer Lombardo observed slight swelling to the victim’s right wrist and slight redness to the victim’s neck. The victim declined medical attention.Officers Mahoney and Paul Devlin located THE SUSPECT in the rear of 70 Bay State Road and placed him under arrest for domestic assault and battery. THE SUSPECT was transported to the station and charged with violating MGL Ch 266 S13a Assault and Battery and Ch 266 S127 Malicious Destruction of Property over $250.

He returned on May 6, 2008 at 10:00 AM and found it was gone. The victim further stated that there was a sign in the building was a sign that stated, “Bikes would be cut off as of May 5, 2008.” He stated the sign was from McCourt Construction. The victim checked with B&G and his bike was not one of the bikes that had been recently cut. The victim reports that his Raleigh mountain bike was valued at $450.00.

He further stated that he smelled a strong odor of cigarettes in the apartment. He also stated that he noticed that work had been performed to the heating system inside the apartment and it appeared as though the trash, closet and drawers had been gone through although nothing was missing from those locations. There was no sign of forced entry to the apartment. The victim stated that he was the only one still occupying the apartment and that he was almost finished moving out. He had not yet vacated the apartment or turned his keys back into BU. The victim reported that his Apple iPod, valued at $300.00, iPod charger, valued at $25.00, cell phone charger, valued at $20.00 and Blackflesh headphones.

Mercy Ambulance responded and transported the victim to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, after the victim had vomited several more times.

The victim stated that when she returned to her vehicle she found foot prints on the roof and hood of her car where the suspect jumped on her car. The victim was unable to determine an exact time when her vehicle was vandalized.

Officer Kevin Reen was dispatched to meet with the victim of an indecent assault. Upon my arrival he met with the victim, who stated that she was walking on Park Dr towards St. Mary’s St, when a black male, 5’03”, wearing a black oriental tunic top (the oriental tunic is described by the victim as very distinct with embroidery and a high neck collar buttoned to the top), black pants and a black cropped cap. The victim also stated that she believed the suspect to be in his late twenties but was not sure. When the victim was walking by the suspect he grabbed her in the buttocks area. He then puckered his lips to blow her a kiss after he passed by her. After the description was given to the Officers on patrol, Officer Richard Cabral broadcast that he had stopped and conducted an FIO on a black male who fit the exact description of the suspect. Through his FIO, Officer Cabral confirmed that the suspect is a Level Three Sex Offender. The suspect was wearing a black oriental tunic with black pants and riding a green bike.

Officer Reen was dispatched to meet a female party who had her property destroyed on April 23, 2008. Upon my arrival he met with the victim who stated that on April 23, 2008 at 12:56 PM she went to the laundry room in the basement of 610 Beacon St to place her clothes in the drying machine. At 1:35 AM she returned and found her clothes located in the same room but in a bag that was filled with bleach. The victim reported the incident to her residential advisor. The residential advisor then sent the victim to the Office of Housing. Staff was able to see video footage of a dark skinned male who entered the laundry room during the time frame and remove the victim’s laundry and pour what was believed to be bleach on her clothing. Staff was unable to identify the male.

Sergeant Larry Cuzzi and Officer Rick Camillo responded for three individuals smoking marijuana in the alley way adjacent to 19 Deerfield St. Upon arrival he observed three black males sitting on a curbside in the alley. As he approached the 3 individuals he was able to smell a strong burning odor of what was believed to be marijuana. He approached the three individuals and began to question them. One of the parties stated they had just smoked a marijuana joint. Sergeant Cuzzi asked the suspect if he had anymore marijuana. The suspect stated that he had more marijuana on him. Sergeant Cuzzi observed a bulge in the suspect’s front right pocket. When he asked the suspect what was in his pocket, the suspect stated that it was marijuana. The suspect was asked to remove the package in his pocket and produced a clear plastic glassine bag containing a green leaf like substance believed to be marijuana. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported back to the station for Possession of Class D substance.

The box had been delivered and left inside of the vestibule beneath the mailboxes. The victim reports that the pendant was valued at $190.

Officer Brandon Stone observed 3 subjects walking in the direction of Boston, on the lower deck of the Boston University Bridge. At this time, he drove to Bay State Rd where he observed the same subjects walking in the rear parking lot of 685 Commonwealth Av on Bay State Rd. Officer Stone observed a large cylinder type object protruding from the inside on one of the subject’s open vest. In addition, all the subjects had several colors of visible paint on their persons. When Office Stone attempted to stop the subjects all three fled on foot. After calling BUPD, Officer Stone pursued the suspects on foot into the rear of 233 Bay State Road. Officer Stone stopped two of the suspects in the rear of 171 Bay State Rd in the rear. Both suspects made statements that they were “Tagging” the lower deck of the Boston University Bridge. Officer Paul Devlin caught the third subject at 140 Bay State Rd. Officer Devlin reports that the third suspect also made a statement that he was “Tagging” the lower deck of the Boston University Bridge. All 3 suspects were placed under arrest for violation of M.G.L. 266/126B “Tagging”, and Resisting Arrest (M.G.L. 268/32B).

She stated she checked her office and noticed a new laptop computer was missing from under the desk where she had left it. There was no apparent damage to office door or lock. The victim reports that the Sony laptop computer was valued at $1,400.00.

He further stated that the bike was still secure at 1:30 PM. When he returned at 8:00 PM, both his bicycle and his bike lock were gone. The victim reports that his Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike was valued at $450.00 and the Master Lock bike lock was valued at $25.00.

Officer Joseph Sirignano responded for a breaking and entering had just occurred at the Walsh Brothers Construction site located at 33 Harry Agganis Way. Upon arrival he met with the reporting party who stated that at 9:25 AM, he was in the site manager’s trailer doing paperwork, when an unidentified black male entered the trailer through an unlocked door. When the reporting party asked the male what he wanted, the male replied that he wanted to get a drink of water. The reporting party stated that the suspect was dressed like a construction worker, wearing a white hard hat, blue jeans, light shirt, boots, and a black doo-rag. The black male then exited the trailer. Several minutes later, the reporting party observed the same black male trying the doors on other trailers. He then lost site of the suspect for a moment. A short time later, the reporting party noticed what appeared to be a head through a window in his trailer (superintendent trailer). The reporting party proceeded to walk toward the trailer to investigate; he noticed a white hard hat resting outside the entry door. When he picked up the hard hat, he discovered a Hilti laser level belonging to Walsh Brothers hidden underneath the hard hat. He entered the superintendent trailer and confronted the suspect who was coming out of a rear office area inside trailer. He asked him what he was doing with the laser level. The suspect replied that he was told by his foreman to retrieve the laser level to use it to plumb a wall they were building. He then said that he was with local union 208 and that he would be right back with the foreman’s information. The black male then proceeded to bolt out the door and into the construction site. The reporting party gave a brief chase, but lost the suspect at the loading dock. The reporting party met with several construction workers on the Harry Agganis Way side of the building and asked if they had observed a black male running from the construction site. The men replied that they did observe a black male running out of the site through an open gate and onto Harry Agganis Way. They were not certain of the suspect’s direction of flight upon leaving the site. Units on patrol searched the general vicinity for the suspect with negative results. Officer Sirignano requested an inventory of the trailer contents. The reporting party found various desk and file drawers to be ajar as if they had been gone through. The reporting party does not believe that anything of value was removed at this time.

Officer Brandon Stone while walking in the area of Beacon St & St. Mary’s St, observed two youthful appearing males approach the “Wine Press” liquor store. Further observation revealed that the first suspect, entered the liquor store, while the second suspect, waited outside. The suspect exited the store with a case of beer and handed it to the second suspect. Officer Stone stopped the suspects at Beacon St. & St. Mary’s St to confirm their ages and identities. The first suspect presented a MA driver’s license indicating he was over 21 years of age, while the second suspect stated he did not have a driver’s license and presented his school ID. A driver’s license inquiry revealed that the second suspect was under 20 years of age. At this time, Officer Anicet Dybantsa arrived on scene to assist. The first suspect was advised that he was under arrest for Procuring Alcohol to a Minor (M.G.L.138/34). The second suspect was placed under arrest for Minor in Possession of Alcohol (M.G.L. 138/34c). Both suspects were transported back to the BUPD station for booking in the usual manner. During the booking process and search incident to arrest, one of the suspects was found to be in possession of a glassine baggie containing a green vegetable matter believed to be marijuana. He was subsequently charged with Possession of a class “D” substance (M.G.L. 94c/34G).

The victim further stated that the suspect used her debit card to withdraw $ 400.00 from the Citizens Bank ATM machine located at the Shaw’s Market on Kilmarnock St.
