The ICA Is Free Tonight
Outdoor concert by students and alumni of Berklee College of Music

Tonight, as is the case every Thursday night, Boston’s glistening Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) offers free admission to several events, including a concert and new art exhibits. Tonight’s special events include:
HarborWalk Sounds, the ICA’s free series of outdoor concerts, features students, faculty and alumni from Berklee College of Music. The band Sol Melodiq will play, with a sound described as a mixture of jazz, rock, hip-hop, funk, classic soul and world music.
Sculptor Anish Kapoor’s Present, Past, Future exhibit showcases 14 works made over Kapoor’s successful career. The show features works that are being shown for the first time in this country and a new resin sculpture. Also showing is the brand new exhibition, Momentum 11, by artist Nicholas Hlobo, featuring works on paper, sculptures, and even performances using unconventional materials, such as ribbon, rubber, or weathered wood.
Admission to the ICA is free tonight beginning at 5 p.m. HarborWalk Sounds begins at 6 p.m. The ICA closes at 9 p.m. For more information, click here.
