The Terriers have new champions in town, and they go by the name Giggity Giggity.
The summer intramural slow-pitch softball season ended this month with Giggity Giggity in the top spot for the coed division, and Mo Bio Blues taking home the trophy in the men’s league. This summer, eight men’s and eight coed teams competed, representing everyone from the School of Public Health to — well, to whomever or whatever “8lb, 6oz Baby Jesus” represents.
Each team played another in its league one night per week for six weeks, plus playoffs; The top two teams in each league then go head-to-head, competing to represent their league in the championship.
