A Real Player
A former BU soccer star returns to campus, with his guitar

As an undergraduate, Jon Jonsson was a midfielder for the Terrier soccer team; last season he saw action in all 21 games. He returns to BU tonight to play, but instead of the field, he’ll take the stage, with his guitar and his band.
Jonsson (CAS’09), whose music evokes Jack Johnson and John Mayer, will perform a selection of his songs, including “Happiness” and “Kiss in the Morning,” at the Tsai Performance Center at 8 p.m.
The free concert is sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students, PUR Water, and ReadyU.
Jon Jonsson: One Night Only is tonight, November 3, 2009, at 8 p.m. at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Ave. Admission is free and open to the public.
