There are 3 comments on Grow Clinic and Food Pantry See Too Many

  1. This looks like very good work being done this Grow clinic. I assume there are other clinics like this in the other states, at least I hope so. Anyone know how the numbers compare, in terms of those coming for aid, and the rates of increase as compared to the previous years?

  2. The food pantry is serving almost 70,000 individuals per year, which is fourteen times the original projections when the pantry was opened in 2002. This is also a 50% increase in visits since 2007. The Grow Clinic’s referrals have increased 20% since last year, and is seeing an increase in patients under 12 months of age – signifying that families are hungrier and children are malnourished at a younger age.
